Have had Huey 10.0.4 for about 9 months and no problems, liked the way it looked. Never recalibrated in all that time, so with client due thought it time to recalibrate. Big mistake! Everything took on a pink hue. Have tried recalibrating lots of times and deleting Huey profile in monitor prefs but always end up with pink tinge, whites look horrid! Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still same problem. I'm still on osx 10.5.8 so it's not a snow leopard issue. Any advice from anyone please? Cheers!

I've been having the same problem. Only I'm a Windows XP user.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

I am having the same problem. I sent Pantone's tech support an e-mail about it and they referred me to a Snow Leopard article that said to install the latest version of the software. I did this but the pink tinge is still there after a couple of recalibrations. I told them this and their e-mail response seems to come from a robot. It tells me to place my reply in a section of the e-mail I can't access and says that if I don't reply in 120 hours they will consider my problem as having been resolved. Good way to get your "solve rate" up I guess but not very helpful.

I had the same issue... they send me a replacement HueyPro. Needless to say to problem still persist. So now I have two HueyPros that are both and Epic Fail.

It has to be something software related?

Does everyone with this issues run in CS3 or CS4? Maybe thats it? Doubt it tho.

Just dont know what else can be doing this odd coloring.

Anyone play WOW? I am running out of options of things that could be throwing color off.

I recalibrated today and both of my monitors are almost the same color... thats amazing but they are both a little blue.

HELP.

I have same issue, well almost, except I have a green color all over not pink. I have 24 inch dell monitor with HD support and yadayada , so I calibrate it and got this green color all over, then I calibrate my laptop and got exactly the same green color thing.

This pnatones are joke? Do they even calibrate? oh and I am using win xp pro.
