Hi,
I've installed my Huey (original) on my iMac a while back and I remember it was working correctly. Then, at one point, I realized that the Huey menu has disappeared and that my calibration based on the light in the room was no longer working either.
So I uninstalled the software, and reinstalled. Re-calibrated, and it worked fine, until I rebooted. After the reboot the menu was no longer there and the light calibration not working either.
Anyway to reinstalled this as it is suppose to work?
Thanks

Hi Steve, Late reply and hopefully you found the solution; if not here's what I do:
The menubar icon is triggered by a small app nestled within the HueyPro main app.
First we'll make this app fire up when you boot your Mac so, bring up System Preferences and click on Accounts-->Login items. Leave this as is for now.
Now open the Huey folder and right-click on the HueyPro app: select Show Package Contents. There you will see a Contents folder: drill down as follows: Contents-->Resources-->Support: here resides the HueyAmbient app. Drag this app into the Login items window where it will be added. I also drag it into the dock so I can restart it on the occasion it displays an X. That's it! Close everything up and next time you restart, you'll have the Huey icon in the menubar.
Cheers, Frank
